What kind of Leather do you use?
We exclusively use full-grain leather, which is the highest quality grade available. Unlike corrected or genuine leather, full-grain retains the hide’s natural markings and integrity. This means your product will not peel or crack, but will instead develop a rich, unique shine, known as a patina, over time, making it truly one-of-a-kind.
How are your Products made?
Each piece is a true labour of craft. Every seam is hand-stitched and machined using both the traditional and modern stitching technique. This process takes considerably longer but creates a permanent, robust seam that will not unravel if a single stitch breaks. We utilize time honoured tools and attention to detail to ensure every edge is meticulously burnished and finished, guaranteeing heirloom quality.
How do I care for the Leather?
Caring for your full-grain leather is simple. The best thing you can do is simply use it! For occasional reasons, apply a small amount of a natural leather balm or polish (like kiwi) to a clean brush and rub it gently into the leather. Avoid excessive water and direct, prolonged heat. If your item gets wet, just wipe off the excess water and let it air dry naturally, away from a heat source.
What is your warranty/guarantee policy?
We build our goods to last a lifetime, and we back that promise. We offer a Lifetime Guarantee covering any failure in materials or craftsmanship (such as stitching defects, hardware failure, or structural issues). This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, neglect, or damage caused by misuse. If you experience an issue covered by the guarantee, simply contact us, and we will repair or replace your item free of charge.
What are your shipping and return policies?
We currently deliver to all states in Nigeria. Production time is typically within 10 business days since many items are made to order. Shipping rates and delivery estimates will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Returns: We accept returns on all non-personalized, unused items within 30 days of delivery. Because of the nature of the craft, personalized or customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
